Hey Yoga Girl…
December 11th, 2011
In the last few months I have made several changes in my life. Graduating from Daytona Beach yoga teacher training has motivated me to put my heart and soul into pursuing a career in the fitness industry. Working on mind body exercises for strength, balance, and flexibility has become my number one priority. Conditioning myself for endurance and concentrating on the ability to carrying out a vision to sustain myself for the future. I’ve been observing my thought patterns and thinking positively to help empower me. Not only as just a dancer or an athlete but most importantly an artist.
I have a tendency to incorporate a type of super woman attitude where I want to be a part of it all. Then when things don’t work out as I expected – I feel defeated. Instead of trying to absorb so much, I need to focus responsibility on only the things I can be responsible for and let go of everything else. Remembering that in the “present moment” I only want to plant seeds with people who will direct me towards fulfilling my dream of an accomplished future.
I am blessed to have wonderful gym and studio owners in my life. They offer me the use of their studio space to teach this communication of mind and body dialogue. Because of them, I am thankful to have a room to practice yoga and belly dance. This helps free me from stress and anxiety.
I am also ever so grateful for my students who are helping me become a more effective person all around. In the last month alone I have learned so much from teaching. My skills are developing quickly. I constantly feel myself grow.
With 2011 quickly coming to a close: I’m excited about what the new year has in store. I’m hoping to continuously build on my platform by setting goals to seek out new ways to inspire others to take charge of their own health and fitness. I want to be the kind of teacher who creates positive expectations for her students.
Knowing that habits start at an early age I am creating a plan to help motivate the youth in my community. My mission is to work on all levels to attract people to keep coming back to my classes. I believe that by putting our best mental and physical energy forward: solutions for improvement will progress with leaps and bounds.

depends on your weight and your ritnution.if you want to lose weight you need to do a kind of endurance sport like running, dancing, swiming.you need to train your whole body to start burning fat.you need to build muscles so tht the fat wont find a way to build up again.you might gain weight but that is NOT fat thts because muscle weighs more than fat so thats why.dont forget to drink a lot if you need any tips on ritnution you can send me a msg coz there is no more space lft
